Victor has extensive experience in political work, focusing on digital campaigns, strategies, and content production since 2011. He previously served as a political advisor to Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven, where he wrote the first digital strategy for a Swedish Prime Minister. Before joining Reform Society, he worked in the policy department of the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagen).
Victor has been a recurring lecturer on content strategy at Berghs School of Communication. Additionally, he’s the architect and technical lead behind Agera, Reform Society’s digital mobilization platform, which supports mission-driven organizations with lead generation, digital engagement, supporter surveys, online fundraising, and membership recruitment.
Victor is also deeply involved in Reform Society’s efforts to explore, build and integrate Gen AI systems in public affairs workflows for text analysis and general task automation.
